A couple of years ago, I got this fortune. I tucked it away, never really knowing just how true it would become.

Looking back now, I’d say it came true! ✈️❤️

Life has a funny way of unfolding. Sometimes we don’t see the adventure ahead of us until we’re already living it.

A little reminder to NEVER forget to take the trips, take the adventures, make the memories, and enjoy this beautiful life!

Don’t get so caught up working your life away that you forget to actually LIVE it.

There will always be work to do, bills to pay, and things that need our attention. But life is happening right now.

❤️ Healing is a process, not a race.

One session can be a beautiful starting point, but sometimes our bodies need continued support over time. We didn’t get out of balance overnight, and we shouldn’t expect everything to change overnight either.

Here’s why I believe consistency matters when it comes to Zone Healing:

✨ Consistency matters. Each session is another opportunity to support your body’s natural healing process.

✨ Our body works as a whole. Our physical body, emotions, stress, and nervous system are all connected.

✨ Progress takes time. Everyone is different. Some people notice changes quickly, while others may need more time and ongoing support.

🍂 Seasons change, and so may our skin! 🍂

As we head into fall and winter, cooler temperatures, wind, and indoor heating can leave our skin feeling dry and dehydrated.

It may be time to switch things up! A more hydrating cleanser, a richer moisturizer, or adding a hyaluronic acid serum may be just what your skin needs. ✨

Hyaluronic acid helps attract and hold moisture in the skin, leaving it looking plump, smooth, and hydrated. For best results, apply it to slightly damp skin and follow with your moisturizer to help seal in that hydration. 🤎

WHAT IS THE ENZYME ADD-ON, AND HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM MY ZEN FACIAL?

My Zen Facial already includes a light Facial Peel to help exfoliate your skin and remove dead skin cells.

But sometimes, your skin may benefit from a little extra! ❤️

Includes your regular exfoliation, cleansing, and customized skincare based on what your skin needs that day.

💫 Zen Facial + Enzyme Add-On
This adds more intensive exfoliating treatment that combines fruit enzymes with exfoliating acids. It can help improve the appearance of dullness, rough texture, and uneven skin tone.

Think of it as an extra step for skin that may need more exfoliation and brightening than the regular facial provides.

Who might benefit from the add-on?
If your skin looks dull, feels rough, or has uneven-looking skin tone, this may be an option to consider.

You can select the enzyme add-on when booking if you think your skin could use a little extra attention. I’ll assess your skin when you arrive and make sure it’s appropriate for you before proceeding.

Not everyone needs the extra exfoliation, and that’s okay! More isn’t always better. My goal is to choose what’s best for YOUR skin. 🫶🏻

And remember, if you’re booking a Chemical Peel, you’ll still need to select that service separately due to its shorter treatment time.

✨ A LITTLE UPDATE TO MY FACIAL MENU! ✨

I’ve made a few changes to my booking system to make choosing your facial a little easier!

I’ve removed the separate enzyme facials and added Enzyme as an add-on to the Zen Facial. So, if your skin needs a deeper exfoliation or peel than what’s included in the Zen Facial, you can select the enzyme add-on. I’ll choose the appropriate enzyme based on your skin’s specific needs.

Please note: If you’re wanting a chemical peel, you’ll still need to select Chemical Peel when booking, due to it being a shorter service with its own specific treatment time.

Here’s something else I want you to know! ❤️

You’ll see all kinds of facial names out there — hydrating, anti-aging, brightening, and so on. But instead of having a separate facial for every skin concern, I keep things simple with my Zen Facial.

Why? Because your skin is unique, and I customize your facial based on what YOUR skin needs!

If your skin is dry and needs extra hydration, I’ll adjust the products. If we’re focusing on mature skin and anti-aging, I’ll choose products that support those needs. And if your skin needs something different, we’ll customize for that, too!

You don’t have to figure out which facial your skin needs before you book. That’s what I’m here for! We’ll figure it out together. 🫶🏻

Here are a couple reviews from a client I just had for remote sessions. She has had 2 with me so far.
