Three things happen in your body when you've been running on cortisol for years. Doctors check none of them.

Here's what's really going on:

1. Your mitochondria slow down energy production because your body thinks it's in danger. You wake up exhausted no matter how much you sleep.

2. Your gut lining becomes permeable, letting toxins through that trigger inflammation everywhere. That's the brain fog, the joint pain, the skin issues.

3. Your hormone receptors stop responding properly. It's not that you don't have enough estrogen or progesterone. It's that your cells can't hear the signal anymore.

And none of this shows up on standard bloodwork.

Your body isn't broken. It's responding exactly the way it was designed to when it doesn't feel safe.

The work I do teaches your nervous system that it's safe to heal. We go back to the root. We give your body the tools it needs to regulate, restore, and come home.

That's what my webinar is about.

DM TEMPLE and I'll send you the link to my free webinar.

Let's do this together. 🤍

I prayed for months that the chest tightness would lift, never thinking my body might need safety more than discipline.

I thought if I prayed harder, pushed through better, or stayed more faithful, the symptoms would finally leave.

But what I didn't understand then was that my nervous system was stuck in survival mode. My body wasn't being disobedient. It was trying to protect me.

The shift didn't come from more willpower.

It came when I finally understood that God designed my body to signal when it needs support. When I stopped treating my symptoms as spiritual failure and started asking what my body was trying to tell me.

When I learned how to create safety inside my own nervous system instead of constantly overriding it.

That's the freedom I'm talking about inside my webinar.

Not more discipline. Not another list of things you're doing wrong.

Just the truth about how your body works, how your nervous system got stuck, and how to gently guide it back home to regulation.

You don't have to white-knuckle your way through another season.

You get to steward the temple he gave you with wisdom and gentleness.

Comment PEACE and I'll send you the link. It's happening live and I'd love to see you there. 🤍

Your chronic symptoms aren't personal failings. They're your body doing exactly what god designed when it feels unsafe.

For so long, you've carried the weight of believing that your inflammation, your exhaustion, your anxiety were signs of weak faith or lack of discipline.

But what if I told you that every symptom you experience is actually your nervous system trying to protect you?

Your body isn't broken. It's stuck in survival mode because somewhere along the way, it learned that the world wasn't safe.

Maybe it was years of people-pleasing. Maybe it was perfectionism. Maybe it was taking responsibility for everyone else's emotions while ignoring your own.

And now your physiology is doing exactly what it was designed to do when it perceives threat: raise cortisol, increase inflammation, shut down digestion, keep you wired and vigilant.

This isn't sin. This isn't failure. This is your temple responding to the patterns you've been living in.

And the beautiful news? When you create safety in your body again, when you regulate your nervous system and rebuild trust with yourself, those symptoms begin to shift.

Not because you finally got disciplined enough. But because your body no longer needs to protect you from a threat that isn't there.

Healing starts when you stop fighting your body and start coming home to the truth of how god designed you to live.

Swipe through for the reframe that changes everything. 🤍

I used to think the same thing.

That if I slowed down, I was being lazy. That if I rested, I was failing someone. That if I prioritized my body, I was being selfish.

But here's where the real shift happened:

rest isn't lazy. It's stewardship.

God gave you one temple. One nervous system. One body to carry his purpose through. And he never asked you to run it into the ground to prove your worth.

The moms I work with who see the fastest shifts in their symptoms? They're not the ones who white-knuckle through another day. They're the ones who stopped fighting their need for rest and started honoring it as obedience.

Because when your body is constantly in survival mode, when your nervous system never feels safe, when you're wired but exhausted, inflamed but dismissed, healing can't happen.

You don't need more willpower. You need to come home to the truth of how God designed you to live.

Your body isn't a burden. Your need for rest isn't a character flaw. And slowing down isn't laziness. It's wisdom.

If you're ready to stop running on empty and start rebuilding from a place of safety and balance, I'm opening the doors to my webinar this week.

I'll be walking you through the exact belief resets that help moms move from guilt to freedom, and why your nervous system is the missing piece no one's talking about.

Follow me here so you don't miss it. 🤍

I'm still paying off the webinar I charged to my credit card I knew I couldn't afford it.

Not because I was being irresponsible.

Because it was obedience.

I'd been stuck in a cycle of inflammation, exhaustion, and guilt for so long. Tried every supplement, every protocol, every recommendation. Nothing changed.

Because the problem wasn't my body.

It was the belief system running underneath it.

The nervous system patterns keeping me in survival mode. The people-pleasing that made rest feel wrong. The guilt for spending money on myself when everyone else's needs felt more urgent.

That webinar taught me something I'd never heard: my body wasn't broken. It was doing exactly what it had been trained to do. Protect me. Keep me hypervigilant. Keep me performing.

Healing wasn't going to come from another supplement.

It was going to come from regulating my nervous system and rebuilding trust with my body.

That decision changed everything.

It wasn't overnight. It wasn't without resistance. But it shifted the trajectory.

When you're finally ready to stop fighting yourself and start coming home to the truth of who God created you to be, the investment stops feeling scary.

It starts feeling like the most faithful thing you could do.

If you're tired of feeling stuck despite trying everything, I want to help you understand what's really happening in your body and why your nervous system might be the missing piece.

Comment SAFE and I'll send you the resource that walks you through the physiology behind this. Let's do this together. 🤍

You're calling exhaustion lazy when your body is screaming it's been running from danger for months.

You tell yourself you just need to push harder.
You tell yourself everyone else manages.
You tell yourself rest is something you earn after you've done enough.

But your body doesn't care about your to-do list.

When you stay in constant productivity mode, your nervous system interprets it as ongoing threat. It floods you with cortisol. It keeps your heart rate elevated. It shuts down digestion, deep sleep, and repair.

Your body isn't lazy. It's trying to keep you alive.

And the thing guilt won't let you see is this: slowing down isn't weakness. It's wisdom.

God never asked you to run yourself into exhaustion to prove your worth. He asked you to steward the temple he gave you.

Your need for rest isn't a character flaw. It's physiology.

And the moment you stop fighting your body and start listening to it, everything shifts.

You don't have to earn permission to care for yourself. You simply get to come home. 🤍

Most women come to me with a list of protocols they've already tried.

Supplements. Diets. Morning routines. Prayer journals. All the right things.

But their bodies are still holding onto the same exhaustion, the same inflammation, the same pain.

And it's not because the tools don't work.

It's because their nervous system never received permission to actually use them.

Your body can't heal in the same state that made it sick.

If you're still operating from survival mode, if you're still carrying the weight of everyone else's needs before your own, if you're still moving through guilt every time you pause, your physiology will override every supplement and strategy you try.

Healing isn't just about what you add in.

It's about creating the internal safety for your body to receive it.

Before any protocol will work, your nervous system needs to downshift out of fight or flight. It needs to feel safe enough to rest, digest, repair and rebuild.

That's the work most people skip.

And that's why nothing sticks.

So if you've been doing all the right things and your body still feels stuck, this is your sign to stop adding more and start creating safety first.

Because you were never meant to heal from a place of striving.

You were designed to heal from a place of rest.

Save this for when you're ready. 🤍

I believed my body's constant pain was God's way of teaching me patience for longer than I care to admit.

I thought if I just prayed harder, if I just trusted more, if I just surrendered better, the symptoms would lift.

I wore my exhaustion like a badge of faithfulness. I told myself that suffering well was the point. That enduring was obedience.

But here's what I didn't understand then:

god never asked me to glorify him through a dysregulated nervous system.

He never said that living in survival mode was the same as living by faith.

And he certainly never called chronic inflammation a spiritual discipline.

What I was calling patience was actually resignation. What I was calling trust was actually fear of being seen as weak. What I was calling surrender was actually abandoning the temple he gave me to steward.

Healing didn't begin when I finally figured out the right protocol or found the perfect practitioner.

It began when I stopped treating my body like a test I had to pass and started treating it like the sacred place it is.

When I realized that caring for my physiology wasn't selfish. It was obedience.

That regulating my nervous system wasn't a lack of faith. It was wisdom.

That coming home to safety in my own body wasn't optional. It was the foundation for everything else God was calling me to.

Your symptoms are not a spiritual lesson you failed to learn.

They're an invitation to rebuild from a place of truth instead of guilt.

Comment RESET and I'll send you the free belief audit that helped me see where I was asking my body to carry what God never intended. 🤍

10/17/2026

For so long, I believed that if I just prayed harder, trusted more, or had enough faith, my body would follow.

But here's what I've learned: god gave you a nervous system. And when it's stuck in survival mode, your body can't hear the peace he's offering.

You're not lacking faith when you're wired and tired. You're not spiritually weak when rest feels impossible. You're not failing when your body won't calm down no matter how hard you try.

Your nervous system is the bridge between your faith and your physiology. It's how your body experiences safety. It's how peace moves from a promise you believe to a reality you feel.

When you're stuck in fight-or-flight, your body is scanning for threats. Your digestion shuts down. Your inflammation rises. Your sleep suffers. Your hormones shift. Not because you're broken, but because your body is doing exactly what it was designed to do when it doesn't feel safe.

And no amount of bible reading will override a nervous system that's been conditioned by years of people-pleasing, guilt for slowing down, and carrying everyone else's emotions.

This isn't about choosing between faith and physiology. It's about understanding that god designed them to work together.

Nervous system regulation isn't self-care. It's stewardship. It's the foundation your faith was always meant to rest on.

When your body feels safe, you can finally hear the truth you've been praying for.

Follow for more temple stewardship 🤍

If you've ever felt guilty for needing to slow down...

Or had a doctor dismiss your symptoms as 'just stress'...

Or realized your body is stuck in a loop you can't seem to break...

You're not broken. Your nervous system is doing exactly what it was designed to do: protect you.

But when you've been in survival mode for years, your body forgets how to rest. How to regulate. How to come home.

You don't need another list of symptoms or another person telling you it's all in your head.

You need the truth about what's happening in your temple, and the wisdom to support it.

Comment 'MAP' and I'll send you the webinar.
