Neuroaesthetics is the scientific study of the neural and biological bases of aesthetic experiences, exploring how the brain and nervous system perceive, process, and react to art, beauty, music, design, and architecture.
Architects design with the emotions they’d like to create in mind. Modern stadiums and competition facilities reflect this. As a pro-athlete, you can lower anticipatory anxiety, cortisol levels, neutralize self doubt, reinforce confidence, and activate flow state play when you lower the threat response by taking in the stadium for example before the game. Notice the small stuff, colors, shapes, lighting, the lines, feel the grass or concrete beneath your bare feet.
This sets up the mental conditions to play at top level and compete well! Reps and consistency is key to training your MindRIGHT™.
