🌿 A day dedicated to women’s wellness! 🌸

I’m so excited to be a part of The Well Woman Experience presented by Arthur Wellness on Saturday, October 24th!

This is such a wonderful opportunity to connect with women in our community and discover the many different ways we can care for ourselves, support our health, and feel more at home in our bodies.

There will be an incredible variety of women’s wellness providers, holistic products, and experiences all in one place! From hormones and gut health to nervous system support, herbal wellness, sound healing, yoga, and guided meditation, there’s something for everyone. 💗

I’ll be there sharing my love of Herbalism and Womb-centered wellness. Come say hello, explore some herbal goodies, and learn more about the ways I support women through different life transitions.

✨ And the best part? It’s completely FREE to attend!

Nature has a way of helping us slow down enough to hear ourselves again.

A little sunlight.
Fresh air.
The sound of leaves crunching beneath your feet.
A few moments without anyone needing anything from you.

If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or a little disconnected from yourself, consider this your invitation to take a few moments in the sunlight and just breathe.

What helps you come back to yourself when life feels like too much?

I wanted to share a few gentle practices that can support you as you move through healing after a hysterectomy. 🌿

You don’t have to rush your way back to “normal.”
You’re allowed to move slowly.
You’re allowed to grieve what has changed.

Your are moving through a significant transition, and it can take time to feel at home in your body again.

If you’re desiring deeper support, I offer 1:1 Sessions for women navigating life after hysterectomy. Regardless of how long ago your surgery was.

You can book a free discovery call through the link in my bio🌹

I also write about hysterectomy, healing, and reconnecting with your body on my blog at Rose Oak Wellness.

So many of us don't think about our Wombs unless we have painful periods or begin thinking about pregnancy.

If we allow ourselves to really tune in, we realize that a relationship with our Womb can be so much more.

When we connect to her, we connect back to ourselves.

When we start listening to our Womb, our body, healing can truly begin.✨

What has your relationship with your Womb (or your body) taught you lately? I'd love to hear in the comments.🥰

Yesterday we closed a chapter, I'm so thankful for the beautiful space that held so many circles, healing sessions, laughter, and tears. I’m eternally grateful to for embracing my little business with open arms, and am so excited to see where the future takes us.

To everyone who walked through those doors and enjoyed a tea party with me, learned about plant allies, or trusted me with your healing journey, thank you. It has been such an honor.

This Summer, I'll be slowing down and meeting with clients virtually, embracing the spaciousness that this season has to offer.

Sometimes the path forward isn't about having every answer, it's about allowing ourselves the time to listen, rest, and make room for what's ready to bloom next.
I'm holding deep gratitude for what has been and genuine excitement for what is still unfolding.

If you've been thinking about working together, my virtual 1:1 sessions are available all Summer, and I'd love to meet you wherever you are.

Here's to honoring endings, welcoming new beginnings, and trusting the wisdom of the seasons. 🌿✨
