EVOLVE Movement will be closing doors permanently May 28. Thank you doesn’t even begin to cover it. It’s been a privilege of a lifetime to move with you over the last 20 years.

It’s now time to pass the torch! EVOLVE’s long-time Pilates Education Director, Melissa Kakavas would like to welcome you to Remedy Movement ☀ Coming to Hillsborough St. this June!

It's as much about posture as it is arms; it's the Standing Arm Weight Series, with Diana! Start with 4-8 reps each, with or without small weights, and think scooped abdominals and wide across the collarbone to maintain good posture throughout. Add heals together and slightly lifted for extra fire!

Just like you, we’ve had to adapt to the times. That means retiring our EVOLVE app. But never fear! We’re still here, ready to move with you in every way possible.

Within the MINDBODY app, simply search for us, and you’ll find all the same ways to book! Right now, that includes virtual classes for all and private appointments for those with a physicians referral.

September 12 is the earliest possible date for general fitness classes to resume (fingers and toes crossed đŸ€ž).
