Sometimes, a 5am wakeup call is totally worth it! ☀️

Happy Friday everyone! Have an amazing weekend 🎉

This amazing group of women from Synchrony came out and deep cleaned our office space last week and we could not be more grateful! Working on a horse ranch isn't always glamorous, and our office building desperately needed some TLC. And a good de-spidering. 😅

Thank you so much for your help, ladies!

Another amazing non-profit getting their start here in the Black Hills. If you're in the Spearfish area and want a way to support local veterans, consider contributing to this awesome organization!

When we created our logo, we wanted every detail to have meaning.
We wanted our logo to represent what Paradise in the Pines is all about.🇺🇸

The American Flag represents our country—the country our veterans and those currently serving have fought so hard to protect.

The trees represent the Black Hills, where our retreats are held. Adam has always considered the Black Hills one of the most beautiful places on Earth, and being able to share that place with veterans is a big part of what makes these retreats special.

The dog tags represent the men and women at the heart of our mission and the reason Paradise in the Pines exists.

Put it all together, and each piece tells a little part of our story. 🇺🇸

We are always amazed at the dedication of our volunteers both at SunCatcher and within the community! 💕🌻

This week, our beloved volunteer Hillary Vogt was awarded Volunteer of the Quarter for her commitment to volunteering with the 28th Force Support Squadron at Ellsworth AFB.

Hillary spends hours each week with SunCatcher, supporting our participants and assisting our instructors to make each session a success. On top of that, she dedicates even more time to support Ellsworth Airmen and their families. It takes an amazing person to spend so much of their time in service to others, so next time you see Hillary, tell her thank you and congratulations! ✨😁

Wish List Wednesday!✨🌟

If any of you are wondering what to donate to SunCatcher, here are some ideas for things we could really put to use. We would be very grateful for new OR gently used items if you happened to have any of these things laying around! 😁💕

Some of us have just never understood the concept of personal space...👀🐈

It was this young man's first session this week, and he told us: "I'm feeling a little nervous, this is my very first time ever meeting a horse!" Seeing him interact with Joe & Sunny, though, you wouldn't have been able to tell--he did phenomenal! 🤩

It's always amazing getting to welcome new participants and watch them develop a bond with these awesome animals. 🌻💕

Good morning everyone!🌻☀️

Clancy and I are hopping on here to ask if there are some folks who would be willing to help SunCatcher run the concessions stand at the Monument on October 9th 3:30-11pm and October 11th 10:30am-4pm.

This is a very lucrative opportunity for non-profits and we're excited to have two spots for this event! However, we need 8 people per shift. If you have been wanting an opportunity to make a difference for our organization, this is it! 😁⭐

Email me at [email protected] or give me a call at 605-939-4907 if you are able to help and we will get you signed up! Thank you🙂
