“Stephanie has been with Buckeye for three years and has consistently gone above and beyond for the people she serves. She recently stepped into a lead position and has done an outstanding job ensuring that the house runs smoothly while making sure the guys’ medical needs are addressed, and their overall well-being is a priority.

One example that truly demonstrates Stephanie’s dedication was her concern for one of her clients’ health. She recognized that something wasn’t right and advocated for additional testing. Thankfully, she did. The results revealed cancer, which was caught early, and he is now cancer-free. Stephanie’s attentiveness and willingness to speak up made a meaningful difference in his life.

Stephanie always works to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the guys. She also goes above and beyond to make sure they have opportunities to enjoy themselves and be active members of the community. She plans fun activities and outings, organizes dates for clients, and helps them experience meaningful moments outside of the home.

And according to her clients, Stephanie is a great cook, too!

- Youth DSPs will start at $16 an hour, also with raises the first 90 and 180 days.
