First and foremost, THANK YOU to everyone who came out to our 5th Annual Trunk or Treat last night! Our minds are blown, and our hearts are so full seeing how many members of our community showed up. We are beyond grateful for the love and support!

A huge thank-you to our amazing vendors and all of our community partners who brought their trunks and helped make the night so special. We couldn’t have done it without you!

And finally, to the people working behind the scenes, from managing traffic and handling logistics to helping with planning, arriving early, and staying late, thank you for making it all happen. So much goes into putting on an event like this, and every single contribution mattered.

Five years in, and we’re still blown away by this community. Thank you for making this year’s Trunk or Treat one to remember!

October is Case Management Month, and we want to give a big thank you to our case managers here at TBH.

From our inpatient team to PHP and ACT, our case managers are there to help patients through the tough days, work through challenges, and figure out what comes next. No two journeys are the same, and having someone in your corner can make all the difference.

To all our case managers, thank you for the time, care, and heart you put into helping others. Thank you for showing up for our patients, day in and day out. What you do matters!

Today is World Mental Health Day, a reminder that mental health matters every day.
If left unchecked, stress can show up in real ways: headaches, trouble sleeping, irritability, trouble concentrating, or pulling away from the people you love.

The good news is that small, consistent steps can make a difference:
✅ Notice the signs: physical tension, mood changes, and fatigue are often the first clues something needs attention.
✅ Practice mindfulness: even a few quiet minutes a day can help reset.
✅ Lean on your support system: connection matters more than we realize.
✅ Know when to reach out: asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Take a moment today to check in with yourself and the people around you.

If you or someone you love is struggling, support is available 24/7 through the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

This week, we’re celebrating Healthcare Food Service Professionals Week at TBH!

Our Dietary team does a lot more than just serve meals. They make sure our patients are fed, cared for, and have one less thing to worry about while they’re with us. They’re a huge part of the day-to-day experience for our patients.

To show our appreciation, Jenna and Food Service Director Joe presented Theresa and Henry, two members of our Dietary team, with certificates of appreciation for all they do!

Thank you for everything you do for our patients and our team!

Help us welcome our newest team members to TBH! We’re glad you’re here and excited to have you as part of the community....

This week is Mental Illness Awareness Week, a national effort, established by Congress in 1990 thanks to the National Alliance on Mental Illness's advocacy, dedicated to raising awareness and fighting stigma around mental illness.

Mental health affects everyone. While 1 in 5 U.S. adults experiences a mental health condition each year, the impact reaches far beyond just the individual. It touches friends, family, coworkers, and everyone who supports them.

Mental health is something we all experience, manage, and need support with at different points in our lives. No one should have to face these challenges alone.

If you or a loved one is struggling, help is available.
