About 250 people, more than 50 vendors and 25 volunteers gathered Saturday at the 13th annual Guts and Glory Digestive and Wellness Expo.

What an incredible day at the 13th Annual Guts & Glory: A Community Wellness Festival For Every Body! 🧡

From health screenings and wellness activities to music, movement, food, family fun and meaningful connections with our community, it was truly a celebration of what it means to Thrive From the Inside Out.

A huge THANK YOU to every vendor, community partner, sponsor, volunteer, performer and attendee who helped make this year’s Guts & Glory one to remember. We are so grateful for everyone who showed up, participated, shared their talents and helped make wellness something we could experience together. 🧡
