Supporting our community in and out of the office! Ashley and Allison popped by Helping Harvest yesterday to pack boxes in the warehouse for our Berks County neighbors. 💖

Allison recently completed over 10 hours of volunteer work, earning her a Helping Harvest name badge!

Ashley has been making weekly appearances at the warehouse, so if you see her, say hello! 👋

We're so excited to continue joining Helping Harvest to help nourish our community mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Making time for self care can be very challenging between work, kids, appointments and other responsibilities, but it's important to schedule time to refill your cup. What are the tasks we can put off til tomorrow? Who can you delegate to dos to? How can you hold boundaries with others to avoid taking on too much and burning out? If you're having a hard time answering these questions and want to make more time for yourself but don't know how, consider starting therapy!
