49. No filter. No foundation. No time to get ready. 😂💁🏼‍♀️

Watching a video of myself, I immediately started picking myself apart. WHY do we do this?! 🤦🏼‍♀️

As an aesthetics provider, my brain automatically assesses EVERYTHING. So here’s my vulnerable little self-assessment. 🔍

I’m 49, working full-time at Mayo, running Meraki & being a wife/mom. Who has time for hair & makeup?! 😂
