There’s been a lot of conversation lately about healthcare access and finding local providers. We’d love to help connect our community with the people who are here to provide that care. Join Community Alliance Medical Group at our Community Health Fair on:

Meet members of the CAMG care team, learn more about healthcare resources available in our community, and connect with local physicians and specialists — ☕ Coffee & donuts will be provided!

Join CAMG at the Community Health Fair at the Museum of Redlands on September 30th from 9 am to 12 noon for health resources, community connections, and a morning focused on wellness.

Getting started is simple:

1️⃣Call your insurance provider
2️⃣Request assignment to Community Alliance Medical Group (CAMG)
3️⃣Select Prospect Medical IE (or, Upland Medical Group)

Provider IDs are included in the image to assist with enrollment.
