A year and a half ago, Tosha came to one of my classes. Afterward, she approached me and said she was interested in becoming a yoga teacher.
Fast forward to today: Tosha taught her very first class at Love Bird - a 6:30am class to boot! She graduated from our yoga teacher training in March and now teaches four classes a week in her hometown of Prineville, while also subbing at Love Bird.
To say I’m proud doesn’t quite capture it. There is something incredibly special about witnessing someone step into their own light - watching them learn, grow, become, and shine. I feel immense gratitude that I get to witness Tosha, and so many others learn, grow, and evolve.
Tosha is a beautiful example of what can happen when we say yes. When we dive in. When we follow the nudge and simply… do the thing. It has been a joy to walk alongside her this past year and a half, and I can’t wait to watch as her path continues to unfold and reveal itself.
Here's the thing: enrolling in yoga teacher training may lead to teaching yoga - but it doesn’t have to. Teacher training is a training for life. For knowing yourself more deeply. For meeting yourself where you are. For learning to live with a little more grace, steadiness, and awareness.
If you’re feeling the call to go deeper - to study yoga, study yourself, and perhaps make some new friends along the way - our next teacher training begins in December.
I can’t promise exactly where it will take you. But I can tell you this: it will change you.
If you’re feeling the call, send me a message and let's connect. I'd love to welcome you hOMe.
