Well Warriors, tonight was one of those nights that tests you. I was at karate and my mind completely went blank — every form I’ve practiced, every movement I’ve drilled, just vanished. And when Shihan pushed me to keep going, it only intensified. Stress can do that… it steals your memory and lets your emotions take over before you even realize it.

I found myself on the mat, overwhelmed and crying in front of everyone. In that moment, I wanted to shut down and disappear. I know people forget things, but this hit deeper. I’m still learning how to navigate these moments, how to carry the weight of my dreams without letting it crush me.

But here’s the truth: growth isn’t supposed to be pretty. It’s messy, emotional, uncomfortable, and sometimes it breaks you open in front of others. We dream big, we push hard, and when we stumble, it hurts — but it also teaches.

Tonight reminded me that even warriors fall apart sometimes. What matters is that we stand back up, breathe, and keep moving forward. If you’re struggling too, you’re not alone. We rise together.

Hello Epilepsy Warriors, thinking of you all today on this beautiful fall day. I’m wishing and praying for a seizure free day, no fatigue, no mood swings, no pain. A stress free day.

Hi friends. Been one of those weeks. Tired, agitated and emotional. Seems like everything is either getting under my skin or making feel emotional. Things I could usually ignore or put on a back burner is eating at me. It’s days and weeks like these that make one not want to do anything. These are the days that affect us the most. They are exhausting, your mind races your thoughts race, there’s no peace.
