What if the Fall Equinox is an invitation to let go?🤔🍃
The Autumn Equinox arrives September 22 at 8:05 PM EDT, a moment when the Sun crosses the celestial equator, marking the astronomical beginning of fall in the Northern Hemisphere.
The equinox reminds us that light and darkness, growth and rest, can exist together.
As the seasons shift, so can our sleep, energy, routines, and mood. Changes in daylight can influence our circadian rhythms and, for some people, seasonal changes can meaningfully affect mental health.
So in the spirit of the autumn harvest and the reflective traditions surrounding Mabon, maybe this is a moment to pause and ask:
What has grown? 🌱
What am I ready to let go of? 🍂
What needs tending? 🪴
What is asking to rest? 🌙
Because mental health isn’t about staying the same through every season. It’s about noticing what you need and learning to respond with intention🤎
Welcome, autumn 🍁✨
