What is National Co-op Month all about?

Celebrated by cooperatives nationwide during the month of October, National Co-op Month is an annual opportunity to raise awareness of a trusted, proven way to do business and build resilient, inclusive communities.

Under the theme “Built for This Moment,” this year’s Co-op Month is a reminder that cooperatives were created to address market failures and respond to structural crises. From electric cooperatives powering rural America when it wasn’t profitable to worker co-ops tackling a broken care economy, co-ops thrive in the face of uncertainty and challenge.

This year's Co-op Month is an opportunity to find out more about the cooperatives in your community that were built for this moment—the electric co-ops delivering essential broadband infrastructure to rural America, the food co-ops helping Americans navigate inflation, the housing co-ops creating lasting affordability and the worker co-ops preserving local businesses.

🥣❤️ **NO MORE EMPTY BOWLS: Another Community Partner Steps Up!**

We have some more exciting news for our upcoming fundraiser! The Ferry County Co-op has graciously agreed to donate a stockpot of soup for our **No More Empty Bowls** event! 🧡

I don't know what delicious soup they're making for us just yet, but I do know how grateful I am for the ongoing partnership we have with them. Having local businesses willing to show up and contribute to the work we're doing together means so much. It's one more reminder of how much good can happen when a community comes together! 🥰

Here's what you can look forward to:
🍲 **$30** — Choose a beautiful handmade bowl to take home!
🥖 **$15** — Add soup and bread to enjoy during your visit.
🍹 Ferry County Cosmos — $10
🍺🍷 Republic Pale Ale and w**e — $5 per glass. A special thank-you to Republic Brewing Company for donating the Republic Pale Ale!

Guests will reserve a **two-hour time slot** to enjoy the event. Please keep in mind that the bowls require firing, so they won't be ready to take home on event day. Bowl pickup will be available November 25, 27, and 29.

Happy Monday! The day most of us get back in our work groove & there's nothing like good food to embrace the start of another week.

Grab & go sandwiches, salads, deli pasta along with Baked goods galore; Blueberry scones, Pumpkin Spiced Muffins, Pumpkin Bars, GF Apple Pie Bars, Biscotti's, Cookies, GF Chocolate Brownies, and more.
Stop on in for some food good, groceries, gifts, herbs, supplements, and much more. We also have a new cosigner who is selling locally made leather wallets, card holders and key chains.
Another just brought in some whipped body butter, smells delicious and feels amazing.
