There is something deeply comforting about being with someone who doesn't need to have the right words or find a way to fix what we're feeling. Someone who can sit beside us in the uncertainty, let us be exactly where we are, and remind us through their presence that we don't have to navigate everything alone.
Sometimes, the most meaningful support isn't advice or answers. It's the willingness to stay, to listen, and to make room for whatever another person is carrying. There is a quiet kind of healing in knowing we don't have to have it all figured out.
May we find people who can hold space for us in the difficult moments, and may we learn to offer that same kind of presence to others.
