Madisonhealth is pleased to welcome Complete Family Care and its providers, Dr. Clay Prince, Nichole Jeppesen and Nichole Robson, to the Madisonhealth team, effective January 4, 2027!

Founded nearly 12 years ago by Dr. Prince and Nichole Jeppesen, Complete Family Care has grown to offer a wide range of services for individuals and families, including:

A safe, welcoming hospital starts with people committed to caring for others. Madison Memorial Hospital’s entire Security Department recently earned the Certified Healthcare Security Officer (CHSO) credential through the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS).

The team voluntarily pursued this healthcare-specific certification to build a shared foundation of professional knowledge and strengthen its service to patients, visitors and staff.

The achievement builds on the department’s diverse experience in military service, law enforcement, corrections and healthcare security. Team members include current and former members of the U.S. Army, Air Force and Marine Corps, with four also bringing experience in law enforcement and corrections. Their healthcare backgrounds include service in a Kansas state mental health hospital and hospital security during an out-of-state deployment amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Security Manager Matt Lurker and Security Supervisor Carson Hawkins are continuing their professional development by pursuing additional IAHSS certifications at the advanced and supervisor levels.

Congratulations to our Security Team! Thank you for your dedication to learning, teamwork and compassionate service, and for helping make Madison Memorial Hospital a place where people feel safe and supported.

Tiny costumes. Big Halloween spirit! 🎃👻

Our littlest pumpkins aren’t missing out on their first Halloween! From mermaids to superheroes, these sweet babies are bringing plenty of treats to the Madisonhealth NICU. 🧜‍♀️🦸‍♀️🧡

A first Halloween may look different in the NICU, but it’s still a milestone worth celebrating. We’re grateful to share these moments of joy with our babies and their families.

POST-SURGICAL REHAB. For many surgeries, such as joint replacement surgery, there is a window of time immediately following surgery when physical therapy is necessary to restore range of motion. A little spooky fun and a whole lot of heart! 🎃💜 Our Madisonhealth team was grateful to participate in the Walk Together, Fight Together 5K for cancer awareness at Jefferson County Lake.

Together, we honored survivors, remembered loved ones and showed our support for those facing cancer. Thank you to everyone who helped bring our community together for a meaningful cause!

We are honored to recognize Pam as our first recipient of the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurse Educators, celebrating her dedication to teaching, mentoring and supporting the next generation of nurses.

For seven years in clinical education, Pam has helped nurses find their footing through onboarding, mentorship and residency programs. From creative educational escape rooms to thoughtful conversations, she helps learners feel supported, valued and prepared to succeed.
