📆Our original plans for the celebration may have changed a bit, but we still had a great time!

🥈✨ Celebrating a SILVER Achievement! ✨🥈
A tremendous amount of time, dedication, and hard work went into earning the AHCA/NCAL Silver National Quality Award for Richardton Health Center!
Liz and Sara were supposed to be in Boston this week, celebrating this incredible accomplishment and continuing their journey toward the Gold Quality Award! 🏆
However, COVID had other plans and decided to pay RHC a visit. Rather than attending the national conference, these two made the decision to stay behind and support their team, residents, and facility during a challenging time.
That decision speaks volumes about their leadership, compassion, and commitment to quality care. ❤️
But that doesn't mean they weren't going to celebrate! They still dressed up for the occasion and found a way to recognize this amazing achievement right here at RHC!
The Silver Award represents more than just an accomplishment. It reflects a culture of excellence, teamwork, and a commitment to continuously improving the lives of those we serve.
Congratulations, Liz, Sara, and the entire RHC team! This award belongs to all of you, and there is so much to be proud of!
🥈 Silver achieved. Gold is our next goal! 💛
