Join Nadia Friday evening, 10/23 at 7pm in our Greenpoint studio for a soundbath. Nadia is a board-certified music therapist, and she plays Crystal Tones singing bowls with chimes, rain instruments, a shruti box and her voice.

We have cushioned mats, blankets and weighted eye masks, so you don't need to bring anything and you don't need any experience.
