Soul Radiance Reiki Certified Reiki & Sound Healing Practitioner, bringing holistic wellness to Richmond with customized Reiki treatments to promote inner peace, and balance.

Relax, restore, and rejuvenate through energy healing. My name is Crystal, I am a certified Level I and Level II Reiki Practitioner, and owner of Soul Radiance Reiki, LLC. My vision for Soul Radiance started after embarking upon a personal healing journey, which included a love for yoga, meditation, and sound healing. As part of this spiritual journey, I have been trained in traditional Usui Reiki, with additional training in Chakra Balancing, and Crystal Healing. I am amazed at the blessings this path has brough into my life, and wish to share this magical energy with others.

Every time you step onto your mat, you're teaching your body and mind something new. 🌿🧘‍♀️ Small, consistent practices can help you build calm, resilience, and inner strength.
Progress begins with repetition, not perfection. 🤍

There is often confusion around equanimity.
Equanimity does not mean that nothing affects you.
It means learning to stay connected to yourself when life is beautiful, uncomfortable, uncertain, or not going the way you hoped.

A yogic approach asks more of us than flexibility. It asks:
Can you pause before reacting?
Can you feel without being carried away?
Can you return to your center without pretending everything is fine?

Some days, that steadiness comes naturally. On other days, it begins with one conscious breath.

That is also yoga.

What helps you find your way back to center?

Forever grateful for this journey with the beautiful community at Thank you to the teachers, mentors, and community who helped guide me through this journey. Deep gratitude to Christina and Emily, who poured their hearts into this training and created such a supportive and intentional space for growth. The care, presence, wisdom, and intention has changed me in ways I’m still unfolding.

Leaving this experience with a fuller heart, deeper trust in myself, and so much gratitude for the path ahead. 🤍
