The lights are down. The music has stopped. The bags are packed. And my heart is FULL.

Thank you to every woman who traveled, ran, danced, learned, laughed, connected, and showed up for herself and for this community.

To our team, volunteers, speakers, trainers, emcees, musical talent, vendors, sponsors, supporters, partners, and every single attendee, thank you for helping us create something bigger than a conference.

You reminded us that Sweat With Your Sole is about community.

It’s about creating space to move, connect, celebrate, and feel seen.

I hope you leave remembering not just what happened, but how you felt.
