We’re looking for a friendly, hardworking, and enthusiastic Front Desk / Float Facilitator to join the Vitality Float Spa team! 🫶🏼

We’re a close-knit crew of passionate people who genuinely love what we do. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming environment for our clients and our team, with plenty of autonomy, opportunities to connect with our community, and room to grow. We’re hoping to find someone who’s interested in a long-term role with us, with the potential to eventually advance into an Assistant Manager, Front of House position✨

A LITTLE ABOUT THE ROLE:
• Welcoming clients and facilitating float therapy sessions
• Supporting daily front desk operations, scheduling, and communications
• Helping keep our spa clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Assisting with retail, social media, and day-to-day spa operations

THE DETAILS:
• 3–4 shifts per week (6–8 hours each)
• Friday + weekend availability required
• $18/hour + tips, with a 3-month trial period
• Opportunities for growth and future pay increases

THE PERKS:
• Complimentary float therapy
• One monthly massage, facial, or acupuncture session
• A supportive, inclusive team and wellness community

We’re looking for someone positive, dependable, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking. Customer service experience is a must, along with an interest in wellness and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
