One of my favorite parts about being open for as long as we have is getting to see our customers we met in the very beginning evolve, and grow through life over the last 10+ years.

This is Brad, he was one of our very first customers in 2015, and he’s been loyal to us ever since. When we met Brad he was just like every other young gym person, really prioritizing crazy high-stim pre workouts, and all the other intense supplements that makes the gym experience more exciting. It’s funny because in our infant years as a store, so were we. Now he’s married, and a father of 3 wonderful children. He is more fit than he was 10 years ago, but most importantly he’s now really prioritizing his health, because as we all get older we realize that’s really what it’s all about.

We do our best to carry all the protein things you could ever want. Whether it’s our delicious hand made protein shakes, the best protein bars and snacks that exist, or the amazing freshly made protein cookies - our goal is to have the best protein selection in all of Richmond, VA!🫡👊🏼

We want to ask YOU, our customers, if there’s anything we don’t have that you wish we DID have… because here’s the good news, we can probably acquire it for you! 😎

Sometimes it’s hard to not to feel overwhelmed with gratitude when we think about how grateful we are to have been here for 11+ years.

There’s a lot of s**t in life, but people striving to become better versions of themselves, take care of their own health, and show up in their own lives is not one of those s**t things. The fact that we get to interact with, and in some way help so many of you on your journey of self betterment is something that’s never lost on us. For those of you who do, thank you for letting us exist in your world in any capacity. ❤️
