Hello world 👋

It's been a while since I've been present here and have offered anything.

I took a much- needed break to make some life adjustments and go a little deeper into my own journey back home to myself 🌀

In this last year I have moved back to our off grid homestead and have focused on getting back into the natural rhythm of the earth's cycles 🌎

I have spent a lot of time working with the land and planting for our future🌿

I have allowed myself to step into my own creativity and see what wants to flow through me 🌊

I made a big decision to step away from almost every healing modality and spiritual community I was a part of.

This next chapter of Kris was asking me to get quiet and REALLY listen to that InnerG (inner guidance) inside of ME ♾️
Sometimes it's CRUCIAL to give yourself space away from all the “noise”, stop doing, and just BE.

The overall message I have received is that I'm not here to do it like everyone else. I have wisdom to share based on my own journey and experiences, and what that looks like is different for each person.

With that being said, my love for guiding people back home to themselves is begging to be brought to life again ✨️

This coming week I turn 44 🌬♎️

The 4️⃣4️⃣ energy is all about trusting yourself and divine guidance. It's about laying a strong and grounded foundation, while finding balance between the physical and spiritual ☯️

To start off my next trip around the sun, I would like to make a special offering to get my love for Reiki back out into the world.

I am offering up 6 different sessions over the next 3 months that are on a sliding scale. My normal rate for an hour Reiki session is $80. I am offering these sessions for a sliding scale starting at $44, so this is a pay what you can from there.

This offering will not last long and may never be offered like this again, so please receive it while you can 🤲

I am currently mobile, which means I travel to you in the comfort of your own space.

These sessions must be scheduled and received within the time frame of October to the end of December 2026.

The sacred spiral🕯✨️🍂🌿🍁🌱

The spiral is one of the most ancient and enduring symbols 🌀

To me it represents the journey home 🤍
The journey of self discovery, where one continuously evolves and grows.

The winding journey inward that we must take to truly know and become who we really are.

It represents cycles.
Reminds me that we ARE nature, cyclical beings.

The never ending spiraling of a life, death, and rebirth cycle ♾️

The moment the water touches the surface, the ripples begin~effortless, natural, unstoppable. Thats how energy moves when you stop trying to control it. The more you hold on the more resistance you create.

But the moment you let go~peace begins to spread. Everything you've been waiting for starts moving towards you when your energy softens. You were never meant to force the flow, you were meant to become it ♾️

We are nature🌲️🧬

I chose the tree as my logo with the tag line of "The Journey Home to Yourself" for this specific reason.

Just like the tree of life, its a symbol of unity, representing the idea that all life on earth is connected ♾️

Just like our bodies can not be in alignment if we dont consider ALL of us. Mind, body, and spirit.

To me, the journey back home to yourself is all about reconnecting with your nervous system 🧘‍♀️

✨️It's the coming back into the body and using your intuition for guidance.

✨️It's listening to the subtle voices of your physical ailments and realizing there is a deeper message there for you.
