WAVES OF LOVE FOR JESSICA ❤️

Small acts of love. One incredible community. A whole lot of heart.

At Waves, we've always believed that wellness goes beyond what happens inside our four walls. It's about taking care of people, showing up for one another, and making a difference in the community we call home.

Today, we're asking our Waves family to help us do just that.

Jessica DeRuiter is a beloved local Ripon Unified 2nd grade teacher, wife, and mom of three young children who recently received a devastating leukemia diagnosis and has begun treatment.

Jessica has spent her days pouring her heart into the children and families of our community. Now, it's our turn to pour a little love back into hers.

For the next 30 days, Waves Hydration & Wellness Lounge will donate 10% of ALL sales directly to Jessica and her family.

And when we say ALL sales, we mean it.

Every IV drip. Every service. Every membership payment. Every purchase.

Whether you're a longtime member, a first-time client, or someone who's been meaning to come see us, your visit will help make a difference.

Our hope is to ease even a small part of the financial burden Jessica and her family are facing, so they can focus on what matters most: her health, healing, and time together.

Happy Sunday, Waves Fam! 🖤

First things first, here’s what our week looks like!

THIS WEEK AT WAVES 🌊

Monday: 9 AM – 1 PM
Tuesday: 10 AM – 5 PM
Wednesday: 9 AM – 1 PM
Thursday: 9 AM – 4 PM
Friday – Sunday: CLOSED

We’re heading to Las Vegas for the VIBE Expo! 💉✈️ We’re excited to connect, learn, and bring back new ideas to keep Waves growing!

NOW, LET’S TALK INSTAGRAM.

For those of you wondering where we’ve been, here’s a little update.

Our Instagram account, , remains permanently disabled, despite countless attempts to resolve the issue directly with Meta.

What started as an “account integrity” issue was later changed to a “Community Guidelines violation,” without a clear explanation of what we actually did wrong. We’ve spent months contacting support, submitting documentation, verifying our identity, and trying every available avenue to get our account restored.

And now? We’ve decided enough is enough.

We’ve officially taken formal action.

We’ve prepared a formal Notice of Dispute demanding that Meta restore our account within 30 days, and we’ve pursued a complaint with the California Attorney General’s Office.

After months of unanswered questions, inconsistent explanations, and a significant impact on our small business, we’re no longer willing to accept automated responses and closed support tickets as a solution.

To be clear, this isn’t about followers or likes.

It’s about losing access to years of hard work, the community we’ve built, and one of the main ways we communicate with our clients.

We’ve worked incredibly hard to make Waves what it is today through connections and social media, and we’re going to continue advocating for our business.

Meta has been given a 30-day demand for resolution through our formal dispute process. If there is no resolution, we will be pursuing hiring a legal team. While that doesn’t guarantee restoration, we’re committed to pursuing the next appropriate steps if this isn’t resolved.

In the meantime, we’re still here, still growing, still dripping, and still making Waves. 🌊

Your continued support, referrals, bookings, and word of mouth have meant more than you know. Seriously, you guys are the BEST.

Until Instagram decides to let us back into our own party, you’ll continue hearing from us here, on TikTok, and through our website.

Two years ago, Waves was just a wild thought that quickly became a dream.

Today, because of this incredible community, we’ve been voted 🥇 Best Wellness Center in the 209… for the SECOND year in a row!

It’s hard to put into words what this means to me.

To earn this recognition after only two years in business is something I will never take for granted. Every appointment you book, every friend you refer, every kind review you leave, every post you share, and every vote you cast has helped build something so much bigger than a wellness lounge. You’ve helped build a community.

To every client who has trusted us with your health, your recovery, and your wellness journey… thank you!

To my amazing team, thank you for showing up every day with compassion, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for every person who walks through our doors. You are the heart of Waves, and this award belongs to each of you just as much as it does to me.
