FREE 6-Week Teen Girls Support Group

High school years bring unique pressures—from academic stress and social media expectations to navigating changing relationships. If your daughter is struggling with self-doubt, anxiety, or overwhelmed feelings, she doesn't have to face it alone.

This free 6-week group provides a safe, confidential, and supportive environment to process and cope with this transitional and crucial time in a teen girl’s life.

✨ Key Focus Areas
Self-Esteem & Body Image: Cultivating self-compassion and resilience against social pressures.
Anxiety & Stress Management: Teaching practical, healthy coping mechanisms for school and life.
Emotional Wellness: Helping her understand, process, and express her emotions constructively.
Healthy Connections: Navigating peer relationships, communication, and boundaries.
