Happy Sunday! This week, we would love to have you join us for our weekly classes, a Community Grief Circle, Community Acupuncture, a Traditional Chinese Medicine Talk (at the Ellsworth Library), Yoga Nidra, and a Writing Your Own Story Workshop!

As we continue to move through October, we will offer *Free* Karma Yoga, an I Am "When This, Then That" Workshop, a Balance Talk (at the Sycamore) and a High Vibe Meditation Night!

Do you ever feel like your mind and body just need a complete reset? 🌿

Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a restorative guided meditation that settles you into that blissful space between waking and sleeping. Your body gets to experience true, deep rest while your mind stays gently aware.

Join Lakken in the studio on Friday, October 16th, for an evening of gentle movement and guided relaxation designed to help you unwind completely. No experience (with yoga or meditation) is needed!
