Amber Schommer Cox and I recently reconnected after years and of course we picked up right where we left off. She’s way more like a sister than a friend.

Growing up for 10 years she was in my life daily so this story hits way different for me.

In college she started experiencing a swallowing problem and when I say problem, I mean it was to the point she couldn’t even swallow her own spit let alone food. What followed was anxiety and fear of choking to death.

She had reached out a few times the years after reading my clients testimonials, but then she would fall back again. Until the end of July when she called, booked and came in on July 30th!

I was able to guide her through the cause of why this was happening and then guide her through changing these patterns. I’m ecstatic to say, she is free! Zero swallowing problems since July 30th!

My heart bursts with so much joy for and with her!

Now that she has been through this experience for herself, she wants to learn how to do this and help others!

So I am teaching again, one my favorite things in life!

Gut health appointments are back!

What would it be like to eat food without any symptoms of bloating, cramping, rushing to the bathroom, skin reactions, etc

Food sensitivities and allergies are the worst

Constant worrying that you can’t relax and enjoy life

The best part about working with me isn’t that you get the result you came to me for believe it or not

It’s what naturally occurs after

It’s the way you feel in your body, it’s the way you are anchored in your heart, it’s the way you move and be

Relaxed and calm

My client that I worked with yesterday and finished up at 4 has already had a conversation with her mom that she has put off for months, it came automatically! Zero thinking, because she’s not in her head!

She had milk for the first time in a year and she loved it!

She got the best sleep waking up completely refreshed, shocking her parents to why she was up already

She has unlimited time now to do what she really wants to do

Her confidence is through the roof

And this is just under 24 hours after her session

This human experience has me in awe

The body is so miraculous

It holds the memories of every lived experience you have ever had from the perception you had at that time

My work is to get to the truth with absolute love with God

So you can create what you and God have planned all along

Maybe you have forgot
Maybe you remember
Maybe you know there is more for you

My life’s work keeps unfolding within me
I always knew there was more for me
One experience leads me to the next

Years ago, I had everything or so it looked that way, but underneath I knew something was not right

That knowing has brought me to where I am today

I was willing to be with God and all of myself in the absolute truth

No hiding, like we can hide anything from God🤷🏼‍♀️🤣

Merging love and truth together as one

What I found was profound

2 hemispheres of the brain wired to work against each other

Left side
Analytical, logical, facts and has to know every detail before making a decision

Right side
Emotional, creative and it will never have every detail because it doesn’t care about about how, blind faith is a must

Now the brain from that stand point is already at odds with each other which means the body is at odds with itself because the left side of brain controls the right side of the body and the right side of the brain controls the left side of the body

Here’s where it gets good

The left side of the brain is actually for truth
The right side of the brain is for love

Let that sink in

Now We Are at a point in evolution where we are being asked to merge the two together in perfect harmony

You can not only come from one side, you require both so your body can be in harmony with life and God

The body is a pressurized system

It holds all of you

Every experience you have ever had in this lifetime and all the lifetimes before this one

The good, the bad, the ugly and amazing

When we deny ourselves of being all of us because we don’t want to really know ourselves as a whole, the pressure builds

When pressure builds in our body, it starts to create chaos within creating physical pain and disease

These symptoms will get way worse if you don’t ask the right questions of yourself and be with the unfolding of yourself to the answer

To create change in the world, first you must change within yourself without this step you will never be able to hold the dreams within your heart

This is not airy fairy light work, personal development or anything of the such

It’s deep work with God to let yourself unfold into the unknown with trust and faith within yourself to take the next step within your journey of life no matter where you are

To find your heart, your purpose and gain your inner standing of who you are at your core

No fluff, no bs, Just straight up love and truth for yourself

Learning how your body really works with life and love
