Maybe not everybody has a medicine ball at home, BUT since we're not trying to make excuses, you can take any ball ๐Ÿ€ you have somewhere around. Same thing in case your gym doesn't have a medicine ball, you bring your own one! But at maximus we have a lot of them, so don't worry, just watch the video, an try it๐Ÿ˜Œ

We from Maximus Personal Training don't believe in talent. Those two things are the key ๐Ÿ”‘ to success. If you have the talent to focus on stuff but you can't do it Consistently, then you will defiantly fail!
