Maybe not everybody has a medicine ball at home, BUT since we're not trying to make excuses, you can take any ball ๐ you have somewhere around. Same thing in case your gym doesn't have a medicine ball, you bring your own one! But at maximus we have a lot of them, so don't worry, just watch the video, an try it๐
