🍎 SEPTEMBER 12 — Nourish Yourself Without Guilt 🍎

Today, enjoy a healthy snack or meal—and don't attach guilt to it.

Food is nourishment. Food is energy. Food can also be something we enjoy.

You don't have to earn your food.

You don't have to punish yourself for eating.

You don't have to feel guilty for enjoying something delicious.

Take care of your body with kindness today. ❤️

🧘 SEPTEMBER 8 — Check In With Your Body 🧘

Take a few minutes today to stretch.

As you do, notice how your body feels—without judging it.
Where are you holding tension?

Where do you feel relaxed?

What does your body need today?

Sometimes we're so busy living in our heads that we forget to listen to our bodies.

Today, slow down and check in. ❤️

📵 SEPTEMBER 5 — Take a Screen Break 📵

When was the last time you intentionally stepped away from your phone or computer?

Today, take a short break from screens and do something you genuinely enjoy.

Read. Sit outside. Listen to music. Cook. Create. Talk to someone. Do absolutely nothing.

You don't have to be constantly connected to be productive, available, or worthy.

Give your brain a little room to breathe. 💛

👟 SEPTEMBER 3 — Get Outside 👟

Today’s self-care challenge: take a short walk and enjoy some fresh air. 🍂

It doesn't have to be a workout. You don't need to hit a certain number of steps.

Just step outside. Notice the air. Look around. Listen to what you hear. Give yourself a few minutes away from the demands of the day.

Sometimes a change of scenery can help us reset more than we realize. ❤️

💧 SEPTEMBER 2 — Take Care of Your Body 💧

Self-care isn't always something big or exciting. Sometimes it's simply remembering to give your body what it needs.

Today, drink some extra water and treat your body with kindness. 💙

And while you're at it, ask yourself: What else does my body need from me today?
Rest? Movement? Nourishment? A break? 🌻

🍂 Hello, September! 🍂
A new month is a fresh opportunity to pause, refocus, and check in with yourself. As life gets busy, it can be easy to put your own needs at the bottom of the list—but you deserve care, too. ❤️

Self-care doesn't have to mean a spa day or hours of free time. Sometimes it looks like taking a few deep breaths, setting a boundary, getting outside, resting without guilt, or simply giving yourself permission to slow down.

This September Self-Care Calendar is a simple daily reminder to make a little space for you. 🌻🍁

✨ Pick one idea each day.
✨ Skip a day if you need to.
✨ Make the suggestions your own.
✨ Most importantly, remember that caring for yourself isn't selfish—it’s necessary.

Let September be the month you remember that your well-being matters, too. 💛

Save this calendar, share it with someone who may need it, and check back throughout the month for a little reminder to take care of YOU.

So many people spend their week holding it all together. Therapy is the space where you don’t have to.

Emotions aren’t the problem—having no place for them is.

Is he considered a therapy dog if he just lays around and listens to therapy all day? 🙂
