đź’š Celebrating Our Community Partners: The LIFT Center at Fallon Park!
At Fallon Park Elementary, we are incredibly grateful for the partnership and support of the LIFT (Local Impact For Tomorrow) Center, a vital resource dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our students and families.
Through collaboration with school leaders, staff, families, and community stakeholders, the LIFT Center was established to address both student health needs and family wellness needs right here in our community.
This innovative school-based health and wellness center is made possible through the founding partnership of Carilion Clinic, Roanoke City Public Schools, Freedom First Credit Union, and Delta Dental of Virginia Foundation. Their shared commitment to supporting the whole child and strengthening families continues to make a meaningful impact every day.
We are thankful for the services, support, and opportunities the LIFT Center provides to our Fallon Park families. Together, we are building a stronger, healthier, and brighter future for our students and community.
