I’ve been neglecting my social media for a long time. However, I am still very much in business and seeing clients. No waiting list!

I have been terrible about posting to this page for quite a long time. But I assure you that I am still active! I am still seeing clients weekly. In the last year, in particular, I have spent a great deal of time with women clients at crossroads in their lives. Come see me if you’re looking to sort things out.

From work deadlines to responsibilities at home, we've got a lot keeping us stressed. These tips can help you stay more relaxed this year.

I feel strongly that we need to quit pathologizing normal bad feelings. If things are hard, if they are stressful, if they are sad - feeling anxious, depressed, and overwhelmed is in fact a pretty normal response. The issue is that it doesn’t feel good and can interfere with our lives. No one likes to be off, but sometimes we can’t help it.

The reason that I fell in love with neurofeedback is because it has helped me so dramatically regulate these ups and downs. My own life has had many challenges, which is what brought me to becoming a neurofeedback provider. So I was just thinking today about how important it is to reassure you that most of what you’re likely feeling is incredibly normal and manageable. It’s just finding the right tools to life easier to navigate.

Much love.

Are you in need of some stress reduction after the election? I’m going to be giving away free Neurofeedback sessions through the end of the month. It can help. You can schedule an appointment on my website, and then mention in the comments that you’re looking for a free election-related session.
