This beautiful patient came in wanting a more heart-shaped facial appearance, and she was absolutely right.. her lower facial third just needed a little more definition. 🤍
We used just 0.3 cc of filler directly in the chin to create the shape she was looking for. The remaining 0.7 cc was placed into the chin shadows, creating a soft, harmonious transition between the chin and jowl region.
The goal was to enhance her existing anatomy, improve proportions, and create balance. Sometimes the smallest amount in the right places can make the biggest difference. ✨

First time receiving injectables for this lovely patient 🤍
Her goal was simple: more definition and shape to her upper lip, while keeping everything soft and natural to her features.
And yes… the bruise 🫣 A little reminder that needles in the face can sometimes mean bruising. It’s an unfortunate but completely normal part of the process for some patients and typically dissipates within about a week.
Thankfully, she was so understanding and absolutely loved her results.. and that’s what matters most! ✨🫶🏻

This result was built over time with ½ syringe at a time, spaced a couple of months apart, for a total of 1 full syringe.
Rather than trying to create the final result in one appointment, we allowed her lips to gradually build volume and shape, keeping everything balanced with her natural anatomy.👄
