STOP TRYING TO CONTROL EVERYTHING. You’ll find peace when you stop carrying things you were never meant to control.
Let people be. Let situations unfold.
Let the future come.
Focus on what you can change—and release what you can’t.

Your peace is worth protecting. 🤍✨

Every living cell in your body emits what scientists call biophotons, particles of light produced by real biological processes including DNA activity, mitochondria, and the oxidation of proteins. This is not a metaphor or a spiritual claim. It has been measured in laboratories since Russian scientist Alexander Gurwitsch first observed it in the 1920s, and confirmed repeatedly since German physicist Fritz-Albert Popp developed precision detection equipment in the 1970s. The emissions are real. They are thousands of times dimmer than a firefly, but they are there.

Research has found that the brain emits significantly more biophotons than other tissues, and that emissions increase during neural activity. There is also emerging evidence linking biophoton output to oxidative stress, which is documented in depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions. This is an active and still-developing field of science, but the foundation is solid: you are a body of light in a literal, measurable, biological sense. Follow along for more.

A review from one of our wonderful Shamanic Healing course attenees - Thank you, Elissa!
I've taken Diane's Reiki training and her Shamanic Healing workshop--both were amazing! These were both new to me, but I'm seeing now with different eyes, different senses, a different heart. If you want to change your life, be with other wonderful people who want to be their better selves, AND be given the tools to change others' lives, then go! If you're a scientist at heart who's been taught that everything needs proof, you'll discover that some things you have to experience, to know they're real. The workshops are really accessible, really comprehensive. Loved it all.
