EVERGREEN SAUNA SOCIAL

We’re taking Sauna Social into the evergreens. We can’t think of a better place to spend a little time getting warm this winter.

It’s magical, it’s festive. It’s the perfect reset before heading into the holiday chaos.

Come sweat in our wood-fired sauna, step out into the fresh air, slow down by the fire, and spend some time with good people in a pretty incredible setting.

This is the ONLY time we’re putting the sauna in this spot this year. Don’t miss it!

A little something for everyone this season. Four ways to get outside, get warm, and hang with us.

• Pay-What-You-Can Sauna at Frequency Wellspace — come as you are, pay what you can, and get cozy with us.

• Sauna Social at DeWolf Brewing Co. Wood-fired heat, good drinks, and good people. Your excuse to get out of the house.

• Evergreen Sauna Social. Our only sauna pop-up nestled among the evergreens at the Christmas tree farm. A little forest magic, a little winter coziness.

• Snowbelt Sauna Fest at Buffalo Ski Center. Unlimited access to THREE saunas, right slopeside. Need we say more?

Different places, different vibes, same mission: bringing people together and getting Rochester (and Buffalo) outside.

CALLING ALL CHEFS + CREATIVE FOOD PEOPLE

When we launched our business we had three branches: forest bathing, outdoor dining experiences, and mobile sauna (and sometimes maybe these things combined). Well, when our catering partner pulled a fast one, we put a dream on the back burner and we’re ready to pull it out of the graveyard.

We have the land, the vision, the foraged tablescapes, the dreamy lighting, and approximately a million ideas for unforgettable outdoor dining experiences.

What we need? A chef who wants to cook something a little different.

Think private dinners tucked into nature, food cooked over an open flame, beautiful tables under the trees, and experiences that feel like so much more than just a meal.

We’re looking for someone who’s excited by the challenge of cooking outdoors, loves getting creative, and wants to collaborate with us to bring something truly special to life here in the Rochester, NY area.

We bring the setting, styling, and big ideas. You bring the food, the fire, and your own creative magic. Together, we make something people won’t forget.

We’ve made it a thing.

We’re back at DeWolf Brewing Company on November 14; and we’ll be doing all the things that everyone has been loving at this Sauna Social: strangers who want to socialize, a sauna and fire pit to do it at, food and drink delivered straight to the fire pit, and plenty of laughing at the bucket shower (possibly our last chance before winter).

People seem to be loving the evening slots so we pushed time back a bit and were excited to bring the heat into the evening 🫶🏼

What exactly do we do here?

A little bit of sauna. A little bit of forest. A lot of getting people outside.

We bring our mobile wood-fired sauna to the places people gather, work, play, celebrate and recharge, creating experiences that feel a little more human and a lot less fluorescent.

Here’s what we’re up to:
• Sauna Socials - pop ups, collaborations and community events
• Guided Forest Bathing - slow down, tune in, and let nature do its thing
• Workplace Wellness - bring your team outside for a reset that actually
• Private Rentals - birthdays, retreats, celebrations, friend hangs, sledding sauna parties… whatever excuse you need to get a group together

We’re always looking for new places, people, and businesses to collaborate with.

We really believe that nature heals, and we want to make it easier for more people to experience that.
