Vibes, literally. Red light therapy, Acupuncture AND vibration therapy. The chefs kiss trifecta 😘

Just a little reminder that in my office, everyone is equal, everyone is loved, everyone matters. That’s not just the vibe, that’s the rule.

Happy Pride Month🌈

Even pirates need self care! Thanks to for bringing in their very special treasure map and letting us be part of their wellness scavenger hunt. I’m glad we could teach some breathing techniques that might help with sea sickness find some oils for you to sniff to lift your spirits on your long trek across the open ocean! Safe travels Captain!

Round two 🙌 Let’s Go!

I’ve been nominated again for Best of South Carolina 2026 in the Acupuncture category and I’d love your vote!

If you’ve ever been on my table (needles and all 😅) or sent someone my way, this is a quick, free way to support me and the clinic. Awards like this help put eyes on the amazing things Acupuncture can do and shows people that quality care can be found RIGHT HERE in Rock Hill!

You ever just… forget you have needles in your face? 😅

Just casually out in the lobby chatting with patients, nodding along like a totally normal human… meanwhile I’ve got a full set of cosmetic acupuncture needles in my forehead like some kind of zen porcupine.

No one said anything. Which means either:
A) you were all being extremely polite
B) this is just my vibe now
C) acupuncture has officially become so normalized that no one even questions it anymore (and I’m so down with that!)

Anyway… if you come in and I greet you looking like a human pin cushion, just know you’re in very relaxed hands ✨
