News is upon us!!

I initially thought I would be out of offices the next two weeks. Then, Fall Intersession Camp happened.

While my daughter is off playing with her friends, my books are now open. With extended hours.

Aquatic Body Work YWCA Quad Cities

I have openings NEXT WEEK.

Whether you want to melt into the table or float weightless in the water, I have time and space for you.

Hope to share the sacred with you soon.

I have pool hours YWCA Quad Cities now!

Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 - 1:00.

Aquasoma sessions are $56 with a pay-what-you-can sliding scale model for those in need. This is a public pool, and the price reflects that.

I will continue to have pop ups such as special requests (maybe an evening?) and days like Wednesday September 30th.

I would be honored to float with you.
Come see me soon. xx

Last night’s New Moon session was the most warm and wonderful way to welcome back candlelight evening classes.
And we’d love to have you join us.

If you need a little light, you can find it with us. 🕯️
Come as you are. Pay what you can.

Imagining a world where sacred care is not only restorative justice but received as accessible.

Three modalities.
Two locations.

Sanctuary Studios
YWCA Quad Cities

Pay-what-you-can.

I was in a session doing sacred stone work yesterday with a client that needed the frequency of the ground. That needed the clearing of the Himalayan Bowls. I felt in my heart that this was their portal to aquatic works; the terrestrial. These modalities have such an interplay, building connection, shedding the layers, and floating in the sacredness of a body that can really be set free.

I would love it if you would allow yourself to experience the full capacity of our works together.

The Deep Dive.

Schedule two sessions with me, terrestrial and aquatic, and see what this really means.

We Love You.

"Sorry for dumping this on you"

"You are going to need to cleanse your space of all my bad juju once I'm gone"

"You must think I am crazy"

"I promise you, your humanness is a gift. You being in my space, alive to share your history, is a gift. Your tears because I am in contact with your shoulders, is a gift. You showing up even though you are a little skeptical and nervous, is a gift. Every belief, every feeling, every ache, every sensation, every conversation, every single part of you that shows up in my space, is a gift for us - your healing doesn't begin with me, it begins with you... all the parts of you that feel comfortable enough to be seen, heard, and held."
