Crossroads Mama I’m Bekka! I teach yoga independently and am currently working on a certificate (then license) in Therapeutic Massage.

I'll be completing my Reiki attunement in April and begin offering that in May hopefully. Health and wellness are a big component of my life and I love how personal fitness can play such a big role in your overall mental and emotional well-being. As someone who struggled with postpartum after the birth of my twins, helping moms and women connect to fitness as a way to invest in themselves is a big motivator for me. We need strong moms (and dads) who take care of themselves because they take care of everyone else! I hope to see you in class and get to know you!

After much thought, I’ve made the decision to close my massage business on October 23rd.
I’m incredibly grateful for every client and community member who has supported my business over the past two years.
