Based in Rocky River, Ohio, Roundstone offers affordable health benefits for small to mid-size business Roundstone Management, Ltd.

(“Roundstone”) is an insurance organization focused on the development, underwriting and servicing of alternative risk products, including captives and specialty insurance programs. Roundstone offers intermediaries and buyers an expertise in the captive marketplace coupled with turnkey insurance management services. Roundstone’s medical expense stop loss program allows mid-sized companies (20-1,000 employees) to control their health insurance costs through self-funding methods historically used by larger companies. In the standard health insurance market, all profits are retained by the insurance carrier, no matter how few claims are submitted. Our program works differently, by minimizing cost variability through shared risk in a group captive with other similar sized companies, letting employers retain any cost savings at the end of the year. The healthier the employees and the fewer claims submitted, the more potential savings for the employer. It is Roundstone’s mission to limit the annual increase in employer’s health benefit cost to a level below inflation.

A few weeks ago, we proudly supported Urban Community School - Cleveland, Ohio at their annual benefit, The Power of Our Stories: One Community, Many Voices.

Proceeds from the event help provide children on Cleveland's near west side with access to quality education. We are inspired by those who shared their stories and reflected on the School's influence on their lives.

It was a meaningful event for an even greater cause, and a powerful reminder of the impact quality education has on the kids and families in our community.

A few weeks ago, several members of our team stepped away from their desks to take part in the 9/11 Day Meal Pack Event honoring the spirit of service and unity that emerged in the days after the attacks.

Together, we packed over 262,000 meals for families facing food insecurity across Cleveland. We are incredibly proud of our team members for giving their time to support the community.

This event serves as a powerful reminder of how much good can come from stepping back from our daily routines to serve others.

Thank you to all who took part, and to 9/11 Day for bringing us together for such a meaningful cause.

Living Well starts with taking care of your own health.

This year, we're partnering with University Hospitals to bring an on-site vaccine clinic to Roundstone, making it easy for employees to stay up to date on recommended vaccines as we head into cold and flu season.

From seasonal flu shots to COVID-19, RSV, shingles, and other common vaccines, we're committed to providing convenient access to preventive care so our team can protect themselves, their families, and those around them.

Supporting our employees' well-being is one more way we continue to Live Well!

We brought the energy to this year's Cleveland Corporate Challenge and earned a second place finish in our division!

Our employees embraced every opportunity to compete which led to first-place finishes in the 3-mile run, golf simulator, skeeball, and the relay race.

While we're excited about the results, what stands out most is the willingness to get involved, cheer each other on, and represent Roundstone with such great energy. Congratulations to everyone who participated and helped make this year's Cleveland Corporate Challenge a success!

Getting dunked for a good cause was well worth it.

At our Roundstone Summer Festival, employees and their families took aim at members of our leadership team in a dunk tank, helping us raise $600 for Re:Source Cleveland, an organization that supports refugees, asylees, humanitarian parolees, and their families as they build new lives in Northeast Ohio.

We're incredibly grateful to everyone who purchased throws, made donations, and helped turn a fun activity into meaningful support for our community.
