A New Chapter at Ozark Pediatrics
We have some exciting changes happening at Ozark Pediatrics, and we'd like to introduce a familiar face in a new role.
Amy Keever, Dr. Craig Keever's wife, has joined the Ozark Pediatrics team as our Office Manager.
Over the past several weeks, Dr. Keever and Amy have taken a close look at the administrative side of the practice. In doing so, we have recognized areas where communication, referrals, follow-up, and other important details have not always been handled as consistently or promptly as our families deserve.
We want you to know that we see it, we take it seriously, and we're working hard to make it better.
Amy brings a background in business and organizational management, along with previous professional experience with banking and financial advising. More importantly, she brings a commitment to creating strong systems, supporting our staff, and making sure the families who trust Ozark Pediatrics feel heard and cared forānot only in the exam room, but in every interaction with our office.
Some of our longtime families may already be familiar with Amy through her artwork displayed throughout the office. Now, you'll be seeing a little more of the artist herself!
You may already be noticing some of the changes. We have a largely new team, new systems are being put into place, and we're taking a fresh look at how we handle referrals, phone calls, messages, follow-up, scheduling, and the many behind-the-scenes details that matter to our patients.
Dr. Keever has spent more than 20 years caring for children and families in Northwest Arkansas, and both Craig and Amy care deeply about the future of Ozark Pediatrics and the families it serves.
This is a new chapter for Ozark Pediatricsāand we're excited about where we're headed.
If something has fallen through the cracks in the past, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We want the opportunity to make it right.
Please help us welcome Amy to her new role and our new team as we continue building an Ozark Pediatrics that families can count on.
