A patient almost skipped a medication last month. Not because she didn't need it. Because the price at pickup made her stomach drop.

She called us before giving up on it.

Turns out, the cash price through our in-office dispensing was a fraction of what the retail pharmacy quoted her. No coupon codes. No loyalty app. Just a different way of accessing primary care.

They picture something exclusive, expensive, or too good to be true. In reality, it is just what primary care should have been all along: real time with your provider, real access when you need it, and a model built around you instead of a billing code.

People think running a medical practice is mostly seeing patients.

Reality? It’s learning, questioning, and refusing to settle for “good enough.”

Every day I try to:

• Learn something new that makes me a better primary care provider.
• Help patients separate real medical information from social media hype and AI hallucinations.
• Challenge the parts of healthcare that make access harder than it needs to be.

I didn’t open a Direct Primary Care clinic because I thought it would be easier. I opened one because I believed comprehensive primary care could actually give people time, access, and answers.

Here’s the truth: If it’s not coming for a licensed provider legally permitted to prescribe, who knows your full health history, and a legitimate 503a pharmacy that follows standards of care, you have no idea what’s actually in that vial.
