At Future Care Inc., we take inspiration from our Tools of Choice framework to create a positive, non-coercive environment where individuals are encouraged to learn and practice everyday life skills. One of the exciting ways we do this is through our Value Lessons and Care Store program!

Here is how our value lessons and Care Store work together:
📚 Learning Value Lessons: Individuals participate in practical, engaging lessons focused on positive communication, independence, and daily living skills.
⭐ Earning Care Bucks: As residents practice these positive behaviors and achieve personal goals, they earn "Care Bucks" to celebrate their effort!
🛒 Shopping the Care Store: Residents can spend their earned Care Bucks on fun items, hobbies, and personal rewards they choose themselves.

Matching meaningful recognition with positive effort builds genuine pride and long-term confidence! 💙
