🏕️Whether you are hiking, camping, or just working in the backyard, snake safety is all about staying alert and giving wildlife its space.
Here is how you can protect yourself and your family this season:🥾 Dress for SafetyHeavy Boots: Wear thick leather or rubber boots that cover your ankles.
Long Pants: Choose loose, tough pants over shorts.
Thick Gloves: Always wear leather gloves when moving firewood or brush.
👀 Watch Your StepStick to Trails: Avoid walking through tall weeds, heavy brush, or rock piles.
Look Before Reaching: Never stick your hands or feet into places you cannot see.
Use a Flashlight: Many snakes are active after dark. Always shine a light on your path at night.
