The four of us traded the shake counter for a dinner table Tuesday evening for a little owners’ meeting! We chose Poison Ivy Pub, Roscoe to support local, and the food and service were excellent!

For those who don’t know, Mike is in the Army and deploys this month for a year. We’re shifting some responsibilities and making sure we’re ready to keep things running smoothly while he’s away. ❤️🇺🇸

We also talked through our 2027 business goals and started planning our ONE YEAR anniversary celebration! Can you believe November 1st marks a whole year since we took over Roscoe Nutrition?! What a year it’s been!!

We have some incredible deals, giveaways, and FUN planned for that entire week. Details are coming soon!

From all four of us, THANK YOU for the love and support you’ve shown us during our first year. Every visit, recommendation, and friend you bring through our doors means so much. We appreciate you more than you know!

This video explains the philosophy behind our space, where nutritious drinks & meals share a home with indulgent baked goods. We believe there’s room for BOTH!

Trying to earn an A+ with every meal & every workout, day in & day out, is hard to maintain—and honestly, a little boring to us! 😆 We’re more about that C- life… somewhere in the middle, where we fuel our bodies, move regularly, enjoy our treats & take rest days without guilt.

Some days you crush your workout & eat your meal prep. Other days you take a walk & enjoy a cookie. It all fits!

For us, balance is sustainable. We want to take care of ourselves AND enjoy the life we’re working so hard to build. ❤️

Did you know we have the cutest little bar area up front, with outlets where you can plug in your laptop and get some work done while enjoying a drink or an açaí bowl? ☀️

On Mondays, Amy takes a break from baking to catch up on all things business. This week, she decided to do it at RN instead of at home. Erica’s cooking team had things covered for a while, so she grabbed her laptop and joined her!

As business owners, our to-do lists feel overwhelming most days. But there’s something about sitting TOGETHER that makes the work feel a little lighter. Someone beside you understands the grind, the struggles, and how many things you’re trying to juggle. You work, talk a little, bounce ideas around, and keep checking things off.

Add in the sunshine coming through the window and the smiling faces walking through the door… it was a pretty great place to spend part of our Monday. We loved getting to greet everyone!

If you need a change of scenery, bring your laptop, grab something delicious, and settle in. We’d love to keep you company! ❤️
