Getting the job is one thing. The first week is another.

HIRED follows Miles, Noah, and Jen through their first days of work. Season 1 is set at an animal shelter. They get things wrong. They figure things out. It looks a lot like a real first week, because that is the point.

Watch on your own or with a group. Free.

Three things you are allowed to say at work.

"I can help with that after I finish this."

"I need to check my schedule before I say yes."

"I'm not comfortable with that."

None of them are rude. All of them protect your time and your energy.

Boundaries get talked about like a personality trait. They are closer to a skill, and skills can be learned. We teach this one in a free three-session course.

This one's for the parents.

School ends. The services end right along with it. Then it is Tuesday morning and nobody is quite sure what happens next.

If you are there, you are not the first and you are not alone.

Unified Work is free, virtual, and open to adults. Live classes on Zoom. Career exploration in VR. A series about what work really feels like. Your son or daughter can start on their own, or you can sit down and do it together.

There is a next step, and we would love to walk it with you: https://unifiedwork.com

Two things, if we have met before.

First, if you took a class with us in the past, your old account did not make the trip to our new site. Making a new one takes about a minute, and everything lives there now.

Second, if you lead a program, a classroom, a day service, or any group of people, all of this works for groups and none of it costs you anything. No curriculum to write. No budget to find.

Meet Miles.

They are the three at the heart of HIRED, our series about what really happens after you get the job. Season 1 puts them to work at an animal shelter, and it is honest and funny in equal measure.

Watch on your own, or gather a group and go through it together. Free either way.

You cannot be what you cannot see. We believe that, so we did something about it.

Put on a headset and step into a hospital, a garage, a job site, a hotel, a server room. Look around. See how it feels. Nobody is watching, and there is nothing to get wrong.

More than 60 jobs to try on.

Tonight is the Ability Bash.

If you are coming, we will see you in Golden Valley. If you are not, you are still part of this.

Everything we build stays free because a room full of people decides it should. Tonight is that room.

Thank you, from all of us here.
