Life is changing and I’m here for all of it.🔥🍁✨

Today was a hard stop. Full brakes. A full day of rest, care, and restoration.
Everything else needing my attention will be there tomorrow.

Self-care is so important and still so underused, especially in a culture that glorifies hustling, pushing through, and always doing more.

Hi👋🏼….choosing different and that doesn’t always mean easier. ( I can go down a rabbit hole w/ that statement)

😘

Nothing about you is too much to be held. To be witnessed is one of the most sacred gifts. Don’t shrink to fit in smaller places. 🤟🏽

✨little learned nuggets✨

Be kind and gentle with yourself. You are doing the work that was never meant for you to do alone.

Choosing to heal and meet parts of you that were never met as child is not always easy. It is raw, exposing, filled with grief, joy and an array of emotions. It asks you to stay where safety was never met. It asks you for presence and compassion as you unravel piece by piece. And the responsibility in that reshapes you in how you show up, what you carry forward and what you leave behind. In this human experience, you have the opportunity to consciously create the next one.

You matter and I see you🤍

In my hypnotherapy sessions, this is what we’re really doing…

Most people think it’s a lack of discipline.
It’s not.
It’s a pattern.
A loop your mind learned somewhere along the way
to soothe, to cope, to protect.

So you try to stop it…
force it…
control it…
and wonder why it keeps coming back.
Because you’re fighting the expression,
not the pattern.

And patterns don’t break with pressure—
they change with awareness.
With rewiring.
With understanding what that part of you actually needed.

You’re not broken.
You’re patterned.
And patterns…can change.
And when they do—
it sticks.

This is the work.

If you’re ready to stop fighting yourself and actually change the pattern, message me “READY.”

There are moments that ache,
that stretch the edges of you—
because the human experience isn’t steady,
it moves, in motion, breaks open, it reshapes.

And then, quietly,
something changes—
and even this
won’t stay as it is.

And like Robert Frost said,
“The best way out is always through.”

the human experience is in presence.
