September is Su***de Prevention Month 💜

At Luna, this month is a reminder of why we do what we do and of the importance of connection, accessible mental health care, and reminding people that they don’t have to navigate the hardest seasons of life alone.

Throughout September, we’re offering 15% off all individual services as a small way of extending extra support to our community.

🌙 No code needed. Simply mention the September discount when you check in.

Packages are not included.

We’re also proud to be supporting the The SAM Foundation this month through their Fashion for a Cause event, helping raise funds for su***de risk assessment and prevention training for local mental health professionals.

Healing happens together.
Support. Connection. Hope. 💜

If you or someone you love is experiencing a mental health crisis, call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

Healing is possible. 💙

Ketamine therapy is helping many people find relief from depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health conditions by supporting the brain’s ability to form new pathways and break free from long-standing patterns.

In this carousel, we’re sharing a little about how ketamine works, along with real client experiences shared with permission.

Every healing journey is unique, but hope is always worth exploring.

✨ Save this post for future reference.

Neuroplasticity HealingJourney

What if we’ve been looking at depression through too narrow a lens?

Most traditional medications target serotonin. Ketamine works differently—supporting the brain’s most abundant neurotransmitter system and opening the door to neuroplasticity, new pathways, and healing.

Sometimes healing isn’t about “feeling better.”
Sometimes it’s about helping the brain become more flexible so change is actually possible.

Curious about ketamine therapy? We’re here to answer questions. 🌙✨

There is a quiet unraveling happening within us…

The parts of us that learned to survive are loosening their grip,
making space for something more honest, more present, more true.

It doesn’t always feel peaceful.
Sometimes it feels like uncertainty… like tension… like letting go without knowing what comes next.

But this is how we evolve.

Not by becoming someone new—
but by returning to who we’ve always been beneath it all.

03/11/2026

The ketamine journey doesn’t end when the medicine wears off.
In many ways, that’s when the real work begins.

Integration is the process of helping your brain make sense of the insights, emotions, and perspectives that arise during a ketamine experience.

It doesn’t have to be complicated.

It can be as simple as:
• journaling your thoughts
• creating art
• spending time in nature
• talking with someone you trust

Ketamine temporarily increases neuroplasticity, meaning your brain is more open to forming new connections.

Integration is how we reinforce those new pathways.

This is how insight becomes lasting change.

✨ At Luna Mindful Infusions, we encourage every client to find their own meaningful way to integrate the experience.

Part 2: The experience of ketamine.
Not just relief—perspective.

So many people describe it like this:
✨ seeing yourself from above
✨ watching your story with more space
✨ meeting yourself with compassion instead of judgment

And in that space… insight happens.
Your brain gets quiet enough to hear what your heart has been saying.

Curious what this experience can feel like? 🌓

The only way out is in.
Breathe. Feel. Listen. Return. ✨
What’s one feeling you’ve been avoiding lately—and what does it need from you today?

Part 1: The medical side of ketamine

Before we talk about the experience, we have to understand the biology.
Ketamine isn’t magic — it’s neuroscience.
It helps the brain loosen rigid patterns and create new pathways.

In Part 2, l’Il share why the experience itself can open new perspectives and healing.
