Dont Forget to Drink Water
Water is tasteless, odorless, and colorless in its pure form. The taste we detect comes from minerals dissolved in it. Water exists in various forms, such as v***r, clouds, waves, and ice. The Earth’s water constantly cycles through ev***ration, precipitation, and runoff, and the human body also has its own water cycle.
Dr. Carey Reams emphasized the importance of water for health, especially for the liver, which relies on water, oxygen, and calcium. If one of these is lacking, liver function is compromised. The liver creates vital molecules for the body, so limiting water intake affects overall health.
Dr. Reams also found that water must carry energy “on-frequency” to support biological processes. Pure, distilled water is ideal because it is free from impurities and can store and transfer electromagnetic energy more effectively. Other types of water, like mineral or tap water, contain impurities that reduce its energy-carrying ability.
To determine daily water needs, divide your body weight by 2 and convert to ounces. For example, a 100-pound person should drink 50 ounces (1.5 quarts) of water daily. It’s best to drink this in increments throughout the day. For accurate hydration needs, Dr. Reams recommended using the RBTI urine and saliva tests to tailor water intake.(by Dr. Beddoe from Biological Ionization as Applied in Human).
