Sound for Stress

10/21/2026

🩵This Sunday, live from Bratislava on Zoom!!

I’ll be in Bratislava, Slovakia, sitting down with my longtime friend and fellow Meinl Sonic Energy ambassador Lucia Nosko of Mgr.Lucia Nosko- international gong&bowl teacher for a live conversation on sound healing.

Two teachers, two continents, one shared mission. 💛✨💛

We’re opening it up on Zoom so you can join us from wherever you are!

Bring your questions. We’ll talk about how this work looks in Texas and in Slovakia, what we’ve learned from a decade of students and clients, and where we see sound healing going.

We’ll close with a short demonstration you’re welcome to stay and listen to.

Sunday, October 25
12 pm Central / 1 pm Eastern
Live on Zoom, in English
$21.05, not recorded, so come live

I don’t know who needs to hear this:

It’s okay to slow down. You’re not too much. You’re also not behind. You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.

I teach people to slow down and remember they are innately good and whole for a living.

I still forget these concepts myself.

This is me remembering with my favorite mini pocket tongue drum

Here’s your reminder too. 💛

Yesterday I had the honor of offering yoga and sound to the incredible staff of Helping Hand Home for Children at their retreat at the Holdsworth Center, tucked into the trees near Lake Austin. 🌳

There is something so special about creating space for the people who pour their hearts into caring for others. Watching this team slow down, breathe, and soak in the sound was truly such a beautiful offering to be part of.

Helping Hand Home for Children does deeply meaningful work for kids and families in our community, and their staff is the heart of it.

If you’re not already, please follow Helping Hand Home for Children and find ways to support them going forward. Organizations like this make Austin a better place. 🩵✨

Thank you to the whole Helping Hand team for having me. I’m so grateful.

The most relaxing 60 minutes of your October.✨

Imagine lying back, wrapped in warm red light, while gongs and singing bowls wash over you.

Your muscles soften. Your mind gets quiet. Your skin and cells soak up the glow while your nervous system finally exhales.

This is restoration on every level.

I’ve paired the soothing benefits of red light therapy with a deeply relaxing sound bath so you can leave feeling lighter, calmer, and literally glowing.

🇸🇰✨🇺🇸 so excited for this!!

Mega prekvapenie tohto roka🎁🎉 Teda rovno dve: Na Slovensko k nám do Sound Healing Slovakia prichádza Jessica Cross!

Close your eyes, listen and ask: what would bring me back into balance?

New moon. Libra season. A fresh start for your nervous system. 🌑

This moon is about harmony in our relationships, our routines, and our own hearts.

If life has felt a little lopsided lately, this is your reset.

Melody from the Medium Octave Tongue Drum and the earth whispers from the mixed seed chimes.

Two of my very favorite sounds, played just for this moment.

Save this for when you need it. 🤍
